BRIEF

Mugo's architectural design project entails the creation of a luxurious residential tower, intended for rental purposes, with an array of lavish recreational amenities including a gym, spa, kids playing area, and a rooftop swimming pool on the podium floor.

HIGHLIGHTS

The residential tower stands tall at 30 stories, featuring a podium floor with parking facilities and recreational spaces. The project includes 318 parking spots, along with a mix of 220 three-bedroom, two-bedroom, and a select number of one-bedroom units, as well as two luxurious penthouses.

CHALLENGE

The design team faced the challenge of effectively positioning the two owners' towers and maintaining ample space between them, as well as ensuring unobstructed views from all living rooms and bedrooms.

STRATEGY

Given the rectangular plot with access from three roads, the team devised a strategic plan to create an intriguing façade from all perspectives, while allowing sufficient space between blocks and the borders
