Mugo was approached by a client to create a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally sustainable building that aligns with our vision and project goals.

HIGHLIGHTS

3B+G+24 , The two-bedroom apartment's net area is 91 .2 sq.m, and the gross area is 147.5 sq.m The one-bedroom apartment's net area is 69 sq.m, and the gross area is 85.2 sq.m.

CHALLENGE

Due to a shoring misalignment, Mugo had to go through multiple design modifications. Mugo was challenged to accommodate the client needs at the same time tackling the site situation.
