Mugo tasked to design a high-end G+14 residential complex around Meskel Flower, Addis Ababa, encompassing a complete architectural and interior design with a contemporary aesthetic

HIGHLIGHTS

The complex features a terrace floor Gym and Penthouse, enhancing livability and offering a pleasing design.

CHALLENGE

Initially planning basement parking, shifting to upper floors posed challenges in maintaining a comprehensive facade look and ensuring feasible ramp access.

STRATEGY

To reduce cost and construction time, the design eliminates basement parking, opting for upper-floor parking and also inspired by the mesmerizing 'TILLA BUILDING' in regard to facade concept.
