Once exclusively a waffle house, our client anticipated that the transition to what is now Delmelà cafe may require a complete design and rebuild.

Delmel à cafe greets guests with a carefully curated, sustainably sourced wall of vibrant vintage shutter windows, gathered along the outdoor facade and indoor bar area.

CHALLENGE

Taking the necessity for cohesion with the adjacent cafe into consideration, Mugo had to design a space that did not compete with its environment.
