Being that the construction of the residence was already started, Mugo needed to complete overall design and finishing schedule within a short period of time to meet the client need to order finishing material side by side.

Once we have agreed on the design direction with our client, .Mugo devoted two senior architects on preparing construction documents and material quantity to meet. the timeline of the client. In order to get the best quality of finishing material mugo’s two teams went abroad to select the finishing material with the client.
