After carefully researching and analyzing the Addis Ababa housing market, our company U Street Parking PLC, which is involved in several investments in Ethiopia and the United States, has begun to construct apartment projects. Our first modern, opulent apartment is the project known as the "signature apartment," and it is situated in the Bole district. It has 67 apartments, a two-story penthouse, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and high-end electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installations.

Adam Construction PLC
Our hotel apartment building, which is located near Bole, underwent a significant refurbishment that we, Adam Construction, designed and built in collaboration with Mugo. The finished product was an impressively sophisticated hotel that was finished on time and within budget. Throughout the construction process, everyday operations and constant client accessibility were made possible by the progressive planning and implementation of each project phase.
We were satisfied with the outcome and the contractors' courteous and professional demeanor.
